W7. Why Free Culture matters?

I think Free Culture can encourage people to participate in the culture. Anyone can have a right to use and share anything, so the quality of the contents in Free Culture maybe can be lower. But the contents also can be edited and restructured by everyone. So, the more people can participate in the culture, the more chances to improve and develop contents are given. I think Free Culture works in this way.
In Free Culture, There is no information redlining. People are able to get information which they want to know, regardless of their age, sex, race, academic ability and so on. However, we may get too much information to manage it. It means that indiscriminate information that is not confirmed can be distributed. So, we have to try to distinguish contents and information with an insight.
